Before placing a Vapescapital order, review the product name, flavour, nicotine strength, pod type, bottle size, device option, quantity, fulfillment route, and contact details shown in the cart.

Payment ended on an error or 404 page?

Stop before submitting payment again. The confirmation page alone does not tell you whether the order completed.

  1. Check your inbox and spam folder for the Capital Vape confirmation email.
  2. Sign in with the email used at checkout to check your order history. If you have an order number, use order status help.
  3. If the outcome is unclear, call, text or email the store before paying again.

Send your checkout email, order number if available, approximate checkout time and a screenshot of the error. Card activity can be a pending authorization and does not establish the order outcome by itself. Never send a full card number or security code.

Variant selection

If a product asks you to choose an option, select the flavour, strength, pod type, or device version before adding it to the cart. Do not rely on the product photo alone.

Compatibility

Match the exact device and replacement part, then use the Pod compatibility guide. Similar names and product photos alone do not establish fit.

Quantity and totals

Review quantities, cart subtotal, delivery or shipping route, and final total before payment.

Choose the route that matches the order

Website pickup, Edmonton delivery and Canada shipping use this checkout. Fantuan after-hours orders are placed and tracked separately in the Fantuan app.

Pickup

Choose store pickup, then wait for the Ready for pickup update before visiting Gateway Blvd. Bring your confirmation email and government-issued photo ID.

Edmonton delivery

Use the local delivery page when the order should be delivered in Edmonton.

After-hours

Open the after-hours page, then order and track in the Fantuan app on Friday and Saturday nights, 11 PM–3 AM (Edmonton time). Its current menu, coverage, price and availability are separate from this checkout.

Handoff

Details that prevent delivery and pickup issues

Apartment numbers, buzzer codes, phone numbers, and business entrances are easier to fix before payment than after dispatch.

  • Use a reachable phone number in case staff or the driver needs clarification.
  • Add unit, buzzer, entrance, or building instructions before the order is sent.
  • Have valid government ID ready for pickup, delivery, or carrier handoff when required.
  • Email support before paying if a variant, product name, or compatibility question is unclear.
