Does a Ripper X pod need a battery?
Yes. A first Ripper X setup needs one X 75K prefilled pod and one Ripper X Ultra Battery, sold separately. Keep the battery and replace the pod when empty. Matrix, XXX, Z and Sleek are complete disposables.

How much nicotine is in a Ripper vape?
The Ripper disposables and X 75K pods sold here contain 20 mg/mL nicotine. The Ultra Battery is hardware only and contains no e-liquid.
Can you refill a Ripper disposable or X pod?
No. The disposables and X 75K pods are sealed and prefilled. Replace an empty disposable or pod; the X Ultra Battery can be reused with a new matching pod. Bottled e-liquid is for a compatible refillable device.
Can you change the wattage on a Ripper?
The Ripper X Ultra Battery has adjustable wattage. Matrix offers Normal, Turbo and Boost modes; XXX offers INSANE, RICH and SMOOTH. Controls differ by model, so follow the instructions supplied with your device. Higher output uses more battery power and e-liquid.
How do you charge a Ripper, and how long does it take?
Matrix, XXX, Z and the X Ultra Battery charge through USB-C. Charging time depends on the model and power source. Follow the device’s charging instructions and battery indicator rather than a fixed time. For Ripper X, charge the separate Ultra Battery.
How long does a Ripper vape last?
Sleek is rated up to 20K puffs, X pods up to 75K, Z up to 99K, XXX up to 125K and Matrix up to 130K. These are manufacturer estimates, not a guaranteed number of days. Power settings and the length and frequency of your draws affect how long the e-liquid lasts.
Why is my Ripper not working or showing “NO”?
For Ripper X, check that you have the matching X pod and Ultra Battery and that the battery is charged. Activation and lock controls vary by model; follow the supplied instructions. If it still will not work or shows “NO”, contact our store with the model name, receipt and a photo of the display. Do not open a sealed device or attempt a battery repair.
