Delivery & Shipping FAQ

Local Same-Day Delivery (Edmonton Area)

Where we deliver: Edmonton, Beaumont, Leduc & Sherwood Park.

Cost: Free same-day delivery.

Order cut-off: Order between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM for same-day delivery.

Delivery window: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight).

Orders placed outside the cut-off: Delivered next day during the same window.

Age Verification (18+ Only)

By placing an order you confirm you’re of legal age to purchase vaping products in your province. ID may be required on delivery or pickup.

If valid government photo ID can’t be provided, the order may be cancelled and a restocking fee may apply.

Canada-Wide Shipping

Carrier: Canada Post Regular Parcel

Flat rate: $15 CAD per order

Handling time: Typically 1 business day

Transit time: 2–8 business days (remote areas may take longer)

Tracking is emailed once shipped.

Incorrect Addresses / Failed Delivery

If a return happens due to incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failed age verification, we can reship (extra shipping) or refund minus shipping/return fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
